Plan Description

Packed with farmhouse flavor, this design by Visbeen Associates, Inc. was inspired by the past but features the best of the present. The star of the plan is the H-shaped stairway, which leads both up and down from the foyer in the front of the home and the dining room behind. It is flanked by the expansive great room and a huge eat-in kitchen. At the top of the stairs you'll find three family bedrooms plus the roomy master suite, which features a walk-in closet and spa bath. The optional lower level is divided into space to work, play, and relax.
