Plan Description

This home's main floor is compact for the empty nester yet has all the space needed for a family. The kitchen and dining both open up to a living room with tall vaulted ceilings and an open staircase. The master suite is quietly tucked away in the rear of the home for privacy with its own access to the outdoor living. Near the front of the home is the secluded office and nestled in the side is a concealed three stall garage. The second story is complete with three addition bedrooms, two full baths, and a separate kids study. The simplicity of the design and the quality details are compelling: transom window above the door, tile around the oven “tower”, open shelves instead of unreachable upper cabinets.
