Plan Description

The exterior detailing is Tudor style. The craftsmanship of its English ancestors also prevails with half-timbered construction. These wooden accents, along with brick and stone, create a gracious, timeless appeal. Some of the most distinctive features of this design are overhanging wall above the stone-faced dining room, the subtle flair of the roof over the entry, and the arched entryway. Inside, an open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The foyer leads to the formal dining room on the left. It features narrow casement windows grouped together to produce a dramatic effect both inside and out. The kitchen is just as functional as it is pretty. It features ample storage and workspace. Upstairs three secondary bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the space. The bonus room over the three-car garage is perfect for a media or scrap-booking room.

Mirror Reversed Sets:
$85.00

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
