Plan Description

This angled, country-style ranch home is designed to fit about any lot. Four bay windows and two dormers distinguish the exterior. A recessed, covered front porch opens to the foyer, which is visually connected to the adjoining great room. The great room features a fireplace and built-ins for media. The great room is a "pavilion-style" area with windows at the front and rear. A dramatic angled kitchen with a snack bar faces the rear porch. A private master suite contains a tray ceiling, a dressing area, two closets, and a compartmented five-fixture bath. Two other bedrooms, one set into an attractive front bay, share a full bath. The unusual-shaped kitchen, which looks out over the covered porch, is easily served by the kitchen. A convenient half-bath is located off the foyer.

Mirror Reversed Sets:

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
